摘　　要：针对电力系统中备用电源自投装置在设计、应用中的若干问题进行总结 ,提出备自投方案设计和应用中备用电源自投的启动条件设计、线路和母线电压的取用、备自投闭锁逻辑的设计、多级备自投间和备自投与重合闸间的配合以及一些特殊情况的处理原则 ,对自适应备自投功能的实现逻辑进行了分析 。This paper studies several problems on design and application of backup power switchover unit, gives some principles of the design and the application of backup power switchover unit,such as design of start conditions ,using of transmission line and main bus voltage ,design of blocking logic ,questions of matching between multi level backup power switchover units and matching between backup power switchover unit and auto reclosing unit and some other special problems. This paper also analyzes the realizability of adaptive backup power switchover unit, indicates that the microprocessor based backup power switchover unit should be able to automatically select proper actuating logic according to the operating manners of power system.
