摘　　要：在 12 0 k VA特种变频器的成功研制中 ,为解决大功率 IGBT驱动问题 ,选用了新型实用的驱动模块2 SD3 15 A。文章介绍了这种模块的内部结构、主要性能和以 2 SD3 15The authors have successfully developed a type of 120 kVA special frequency convertor. And a new practical drive module 2SD315A was chosen to solve the problems on driving high power IGBT. This paper expounds the interior structure, the main capability of the module 2SD315A, and the practical effect of the drive circuitry based on it.
