摘  要:以豫麦 6 2号为材料 ,用豫麦 18号作对照 ,研究了灌浆期干旱、渍涝和拔节期低温胁迫下 ,叶片中游离脯氨酸 (Pro)、可溶性糖 (WSS)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的变化。结果显示 ,在干旱和低温胁迫下豫麦 6 2号的WSS和MDA变化较对照材料小 ,而SOD活性的升幅则大于对照 ;干旱胁迫下豫麦 6 2号Pro的变化小于对照 ,低温胁迫下则大于对照 ;渍涝胁迫下 2品种的上述各指标较接近。It is researched in the test how the contents of free proline (fPro), water soluble sugar (WSS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of Yu Mai No.62 change in leaves under drought and waterlogging stress in cereal-filling stage and low-temperature stress in jointing stage, compared with Yu Mai No.18. The results showed that the contents of WSS and MDA of Yu Mai No.62 changed less than that of Yu Mai No.18, but the SOD activity of Yu Mai No.62 increased more than that of Yu Mai No.18 under the stress of drought and low-temperature, and that the contents of fPro of Yu Mai No.62 changed less than that of Yu Mai No.18 under the stress of drought, but increased more than that of under the low-temperature, and that the variation of the above-mentioned items is not clear in the two species under waterlogging stress.
