摘  要:本文从钛氧化物还原的热力学观点出发,用攀钢铁水在5~t电弧炉进行脱钒处理,将处理后所得的钒渣代替Fe—V、Fe—Ti直接合金化冶炼MnVB钢,通过此工业实践,探索钒钛渣直接合金化的最佳工艺条件。试验表明:只需在C←Si粉渣还原条件下,使用足量的Fe—Si粉和过量的碳粉,就能保证钒钛的顺利还原,钒钛的回收率分别达40%和85%以上。In this article Ti (V) directly alloying process with Ti (V) slag is disc- ussed based on the thermal dynamical analysis of reduction of Ti oxide. Commercial testings were practised in two steps in the company, ie. firstly the hot metal was devanadiumized in a 5 tonne electric arc furnace, then. directly alloyed with the V (Ti) slag which was formed during the hot me tal pretreatment as a substitute for Fe--V and Fe--Ti alloys in refining MnVB steel. The optimized processing conditions are achieved through the tests. Tests show that a smooth reduction of V (Ti) can be secured and yield of V and Ti by over 110% and 85% realised as long as adequate Fe--Si powder and excessive carbon powder are used under the condition of C--Si reduction.
