摘　　要：本文在改进准三维凝固传熟数值模拟技术的基础上,建立了新的钢锭宏观偏析预测数模。实际测试表明:数模可准确预测钢锭的逆V偏析分布、沉积锥区域及碳的宏观偏析以及钢锭缩孔形状。A new mathematical model was developed to predict the macro segregation in the ingot based on the modified numerical simulation of quasi three dimensional heat transfer in the solidification of the ingot. It is proved through measurement on the ingot that the new model can accuratelyforeshow the distribution of inverse V-shape segregation~ sedimentary cone, macro se?gregation of carbon and shape of shrinkage cavity in the ingot.
