摘  要:提出了一种由不饱和聚酯和环氧树脂嵌段共缩聚 ,合成一类新型光敏预聚物的方法。该光敏预聚物采用两步法合成。第一步先合成具有一定相对分子质量和端羧基的不饱和聚酯 ,第二步使该不饱和聚酯与环氧树脂反应 ,生成嵌段共缩聚物。该光敏预聚物的相对分子质量通过调节不饱和聚酯的相对分子质量控制。A novel type photosensitive prepolymer were synthesized of unsaturated polyester and epoxy resin. There are two steps in the synthetic procedure. i.e. the first step is to prepare the unsaturated polyesters having certain molecular weight and terminated by carboxyl; the second step is to prepare prepolymers by block copolycondensation of the above polyesters with epoxy resin. The molecular weight of the prepolymer can be controlled by adjusting the molecular weight of unsaturated polyesters.Based on the above photosensitive prepolymers, some recipes of photosensitive coating were presented. The photo curing kinetics and properties of the coating films were determined.
