摘　　要：文章概要地回顾了电能量计量系统的发展进程,提出了该系统的设计原则,分析了其主要特点以及有关功能的实施。并对各种现有的接入方案进行了归纳和比较,最后,对今后的发展提出了一系列的建议供有关人员参考。The development course of the electric energy metering system is briefly reviewed. The principle for the design of the metering system is proposed, its main features are analyzed, the implementation of the related functions are discussed and the existing joint schemes are induced and compared. Some suggestions on the future development of metering system which may be available for reference are put forward.
