摘 要:研究经济有效的耐蚀接地网金属材料对于提高电网工作稳定性有重要意义.用电化学测试方法及电解试验方法在实验室进行了金属材料耐蚀性能筛选试验,并在变电站现场进行了小型埋置试验.试验结果表明,金属材料CL2的耐蚀性能比普通碳钢高5~7倍,这对于延长接地网使用寿命具有重要意义;镀锌钢作为接地材料对于延长接地网使用寿命实际作用不太显著.It is very significant to develop economic and effective anti-corrosive metallic material for grounding mesh to improve the stability of power system. Screening tests forcorrosion resisting property of various metallic materials are carried out by electrochemical testing method and electrolytic test in laboratory and miniature embed test are performed at the site of substation. The test results show that anti-corrosion performance of metallic material CL2 is 5-7 times strongerthan that of carbon steel, which is very significant to prolong the service life of grounding mesh, while for the case thatgalvanized steel is used as grounding material the practicaleffect of prolonging the service life ground mesh is not very noticeable.
