摘 要:本文通过聚乙二醇与4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)及丙烯酸羟乙酯在甲苯溶剂中进行溶液聚合,合成出一种两端含有双键的亲水性光固化树脂,然后将该光固化树脂与海藻酸钠水溶液以及光引发剂混合,滴加到CaCl2水溶液中形成粒状凝胶,最后在紫外光的照射下,交联固化,得到具有较高凝胶强度的保水材料。考察了预聚物和海藻酸钠用量以及光照时间对保水剂吸水率的影响,得到最佳的配比和光照条件。A new kind of superabsorbent for water havimg higher compression strength was synthesized. A prepolymer, a hydrophilic photocuring resin, was first obtained from polyethylene glycol, diphenylmethane - 4, 4'- diisocyanate and hydroxyl acrylate by solution polymerization in toluene, which contains active double bonds on both ends of the carbon chain. Then, the granular gel was formed by mixing the resin with sodium alginate solution and photoinitiator to CaCl2 solution. The superabsorbent was finally obtained by ultraviolet light irradiation. Effects of the amount of the prepolymer, sodium alginate and exposure time on the water-absorptivity of superabsorbent were investigated to obtain the best compounding and irradiation condition of ultraviolet light.
