摘　　要：中国是一个转型期发展中国家 ,随着经济结构调整和深化改革 ,就业问题日趋严峻 ,对我国经济、社会、政治等方方面面产生了巨大冲击。因而重点分析了转型时期影响劳动力就业的因素 。China is a developing country during the period of reforming. With the ajustment of the elonomic construction and deep enterprise reform, the problem of job creation has to be solved urgently since it has an enormous impact an the national economy, society, politics, ect. So integrating the situation of our country to emphatically analyze the factors of job creation and lodging the countermeasurs in the reform period.
