摘　　要：“市场失灵”和“政府失灵”的存在决定了政府必须并且只能在一定程度上对市场经济进行干预。因此 ,在提出市场经济条件下政府经济职能的界定应遵循适度、法治等原则基础上 ,结合我国当前的实际情况 。The existence of market failure and government failure requires that government should intervene with market economy in some degree. With some principles determining government's economic function in market economy, and real situation of our country this article makes a analysis on our government's majer economic function.
