聚类模糊原理在汽轮发电机组振动故障中的应用

摘　　要：:针对模糊关系诊断方法的不足,引入了聚类分析的概念,将聚类分析方法应用到旋转机械振动故障的研究领域,提出了聚类+模糊关系的综合诊断方法。并结合实例对两种方法进行了计算比较。文章最后介绍了该方法在2×300MW机组振动故障在线诊断诊断系统中的应用。In order to avoid the possible misdiagnosis by using fuzzy diagnosis method, in this paper the concept of clustering analysis was introduced. In combination with the vibration practice of rotating machinery, the authors developed the application area of clustering analysis and suggested a new clustering + fuzzy synthetic method for diagnosing vibration faults of rotating machinery. To verify the validity, two methods are examined and compared by practiced examples. Finally, the application results of an on-line diagnosis system of vibration faults using fuzzy-clustering analysis for 2 300MW units installed in the power plant are given .
