摘　　要：针对10kV配电网络对降低线损、提高电压质量的要求,考虑到传统补偿方式的不足之处,提出了一种基于全局优化的分布式无功补偿方案,并给出了终端装置的最佳实现方法。In the light of the demands of loss reduction on the transmission lines and the improvement of the voltage quality of the10kV distribution network,taking into ac-count the shortage of traditional reactive power compensation methods,an attempt is introduced on distributed reactive power compensation based on total optimum.The solution of optimum method and terminal device is given too.
