摘　　要：介绍了深圳市盐田垃圾发电厂分散控制系统 (DCS)的设计和应用 ,以及DCS所用的西门子SIMATICPCS7控制系统的特点。经调试 ,该垃圾发电厂DCS的保护投入率和自动投入率均达 1 0 0 % ,整个DCS运行良好 。The features of power generation technique with municipal solid waste(MSW) incineration have been briefly stated. The design and application of distributed control system(DCS) in Yantian MSW Firing Power Plant in Shenzhen City, as well as the peculiarity of Siemens Company made SIMATIC PCS7 control system used in the said DCS have been presented. Through comission debugging, the rate in service of protective and automatic devices in the said DCS system of the MSW power plant achieves 100%, the entire DCS system being in safe, stable and reliable operation.
