不同植物激素对绿豆下胚轴愈伤组织影响

摘　　要：以绿豆下胚轴再生愈伤组织效率为评价指标 ,对TDZ、4Pu 30、6 BA ,3种激素的生物学活性进行比较 ,结果表明TDZ、4Pu 30的细胞分裂素活性比 6 BA高 10 0倍 ,而在TDZ和 4Pu 30中 。Using callus of hypocotyledonary axis of Mung bean as the evaluated index,the au thors made a comparison of their biological activity in the three hormones TDZ( thidiazuron),4pu-30[N-(chloro-4-pyrridyl)-N’-phenyl-urea] and 6-BA(6 -denzyladenine).The results showed that activity in cytokinin of TDZ,4Pu-30 is a hundred times higher than that of 6-BA,and the activity in TDZ is higher tha n 4Pu-30
