超低头连铸板坯夹杂物分析

摘　　要：分析了 (80 0～ 1 2 0 0 )mm× 1 80mm超低头连铸板坯夹杂物的类型和分布 ,板坯中的夹杂物主要由复合夹杂和MnS组成 ,因超低头连铸机弧形半径较小 。The grade and distribution of inclusion in (800～1200)mm×180 mm concasting slab produced by extra-low head concaster have been analyzed. The inclusions in slab mainly consist of complex inclusions and MnS, and the amount of inclusion obviously increases at inside of slab due to the small curve-shaped radius of extra-low head concaster.
