摘  要:为了研究强磁场处理对原油防蜡效果的影响,根据正交实验设计法选择了磁处理条件。通过测量磁处理前后原油的冷却曲线,得到了孤岛脱气原油的磁处理优化参数,即磁感应强度200mT,峰数4峰,磁处理温度70℃;并分析了影响磁处理防蜡效果的因素。结果表明,磁感应强度和磁化温度是影响防蜡效果的重要因素,但是磁感应强度并不是越高越理想。In order to study the influence of the effect of the paraffin control by strong magnetic treatment of crude oil, the magnetic treatment conditions are selected based on the orthogonal experiment design method. Optimization parameters of magnetic treatment on degassed crude of Gudao are obtained, that is 200mT of magnetic induction density, four peak, 70℃ of magnetic treatment temperature; and the influencing factors of paraffin control are analyzed through measuring the cooling curves of crude oil before and after treating with strong magnetic field. The result indicates that the magnetic induction density and magnetic treatment temperature are the important factors to the effectiveness of paraffin control. But the effectiveness of paraffin control is not ideal with the increasing of magnetic induction density.
