摘  要:非制冷红外焦平面技术在过去的几年内得到了飞速发展,并在军事、商业和民事中得到成功应用.过去曾是制冷型焦平面占据的应用领域,现在逐渐为价格低、重量轻、功耗低、体积小、性能可靠、操作方便的非制冷红外探测器所代替.非制冷焦平面阵列基本上有两类:一类是铁电-热电型辐射计;另一类为电阻型测辐射计.Uncooled Infrared Focal Plane Array (UFPA) technology has been developed at very fast speed in recent years, and applied successfully in military, commerce and civil affairs. The fields, once occupied by cooled focal plane array in the past, have gradually been taken by the UFPA for its lower cost, lighter weight, lower power, smaller bulk, more reliable performance and convenient operation. There are two types of UFPA.One is the ferro-therom electric bolometer,and the other is the resistant bolometer.
