咪唑啉在锅炉停车保护中的应用研究

摘　　要：　介绍了武汉阳逻发电厂1025t/h锅炉停炉防腐保护的方法。通过高压釜实验确定了咪唑啉型停炉保护缓蚀成膜剂的使用条件,提出了现场应用时的最佳工艺参数,用于阳逻电厂锅炉的停车保护取得良好的保护效果。这种防腐保护技术与传统的方法相比,具有成膜快、用量少的特点,并且所形成的膜不影响锅炉启动时的汽水品质。The anticorrosion method for 1 025 t/h shutdown boiler of Yanglo Power Plant was introduced.The application condition of imidazoline was determined through trial experiment.The best technique condition for on-site use of imidazoline was raised.A good effect was yielded in the shutdown boiler of Yanglo Power Plant.Compared with traditional method,it has features of quick formation of film,less quantity being needed,and no the steam quality when the boiler restarts.
