摘　　要：以AT8 9C5 2单片机为核心 ,配合模数转换模块、数模转换模块、键盘模块、开关量输出模块和液晶显示模块实现等离子喷涂设备工艺参数的集中控制与检测。设备小 ,功能多 ,运行稳定 ,充分发挥了 5 1单片机的潜能。本文在对系统各部分进行了阐述的同时 。A measurement & c ontrol system of plasma spraying device was presented in this paper.It is based on the AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer ,and contains A/D converter module,D/A c onverter module,keyboard module,switch c ontrol module and LCD module.The main fu nction of this system is to control the process and measure parameters of plasma spraying device.It is small and stable, but has many functions.A detailed descri ption is given in the design of human-ma chine interface and anti-interference te chniques,which can improve the whole cap ability of the system.
