摘　　要：对合成碳膜电位器修刻机的工作过程和原有控制系统进行了分析。应用基于IPC和Windows95的开放式体系结构数控系统对修刻机控制系统进行重新构建,改善了修刻机的可靠性。Working process and the existing control system of the synthetic carbon film potentiometerscraping unit are analyzed. An open architecture NC system based on IPC (Industrial Per-sonal Computer) and Windows95 is developed to reconstruct the control system of the unit.The systems reliability is improved.
