摘　　要：本文运用现代企业理论,从金融支持主体与技术创新企业两个层面的激励约束机制角度,对现行几种金融支持方式能否满足技术创新企业的内在要求,实现系统本身应备功能进行系统分析,进而提出“建立完善的风险资本支持系统是企业技术创新最佳金融支持模式”的理论依据,同时就如何完善我国现行技术创新风险资本支持系统提出了相应的对策和建议。By applying modern enterprise theory,and from the perspectives of incentive and control mechanisms of both institutions providing financial support and enterprises making technology innovations,this paper made a systematic analysis on whether the existing system for financing technology innovating enterprises can satisfactorily meet the intrinsic needs these enterprises.It further provided a theoretical base for the proposition that'the best model for providing financing for technology innovating enterprises is to establish a well developed venture capital supporting system'and offered policy suggestions on how to improve China' s existing venture capital supporting system.
