摘 要:目的 :测定槐角中主要异黄酮成分槐苷的含量及建立槐苷的含量测定标准。方法 :用系统分离法提取分离槐角得到异黄酮粗提物。与标准品对照 ,以PH2.73磷酸 -乙腈(72:28)作流动相 ,检测波长260nm ,用标准曲线方程法测定槐苷含量。结果 :测得槐角中槐苷占总异黄酮粗提物的27.9%,占总生药的2.233%,含量较高。所建立方法的加样回收率为97.4%,RSD0.85 %。结论 :该方法简便准确 ,重现性好。槐角中槐苷的含量较高 。Objective: A method for the quantification of Sophoricoside in Sophora japonica by HPLC was established. Methods: Using C18 column (10, YWG, ID4.0mm), Sophoricoside was separated and determined with mobile phase PH 2.7 phosphoric acid solution-acetonitride (72:28). The UV detection wavelength was 260nm. Results: The average revoveries of methods was 98.5% and the precision (RSD) was 0.7%(n=5). The content of sophoricoside in sophora japonica was 2.2% and 27.9% of all extract. Conclusion: The method was accurate, rapid and with good reproducibility. This method would be used in quality controlling of sophoricoside production and finding other sophoricoside resource.
