云南不同人群艾滋病KPA调查及健康教育探讨

摘　　要：目的 :为了解不同人群对艾滋病知、信、行现状及探索在不同人群中进行艾滋病健康教育对策。方法 :对医务人员、中学生、劳教人员、戒毒人员等四类人群进行艾滋病问卷调查。结果 :各人群对艾滋病的一般知识了解不一致 ,对明确的传播途径、致病原因、对艾滋病的恐惧感有显著差异(p<0 01) ;愿意接受艾滋病知识是一致的(p>0 05)。结论 :对这几类人群开展有针对性的艾滋病健康教育 ,提高对艾滋病危险性及现状的认识 。Objective:TO understand the status of knowledge,attitudes and practices in different populations to AIDS and to explore the strategy of health education of AIDS in different populations.Methods:An AIDS-related guestionnairesurvey was administered in medical care works,sudents in middle school,jailbirds and people being off the hacit.Results:The extents of understanding the AIDS were different in different populations.There were marked differences in understanding thetransmitted ways,causes and feeling of dread to AIDS(P<0.01).But they all were willing to receive the knowledge of AIDS(P>0.05).Conclusions:It is quite essential tomake AIDS health education in above populations to improve their knowledge about danger and present condition of AIDS.
