包钢烧结配加80%(50%)外矿工业应用研究

摘　　要：本文总结了包钢烧结增加外购铁矿的工业试验情况。试验过程中将外购铁矿配比分别提高至 5 0 %和80 %,并将烧结矿碱度由 1 36提高至 1 8,高炉料炉结构定为 75 %烧结矿 +2 5 %球团矿。试验结果表明 :烧结矿转鼓指数提高了 4～ 5个百分点 ,烧结矿粒度组成明显改善 ,其软熔温度提高 30℃以上 ;高炉生产稳定顺行 ,其利用系数突破了 2 0t/m3 ·d ,焦比降低 ,生铁质量明显改善。The industrial test for increasing the out-resource ore in sinter is introduced. In the process, the rate is increased to 50% and 80%, the basicity from 1.36 to 1.8, and the ratio is 75% sinter ore and 25% pellet ore. The results show the rotor index is improved 4% to 5%, the sinter grain improved obviously. And the soft-smelt temperature improved 30℃ and the productivity breaks through 2.0. The coke rate is reduced and the quality of pig iron is improved clearly.
