摘  要:为改善环境,合理利用资源,应用粉煤灰、铝土矿、碳粉混合造球,球团干燥后放入中频感应炉进行熔炼,熔炼过程中加入铁矿粉和生铁块。研究结果表明:合金中铝的含量越高,其回收率越低。合金中铝的含量为24.67%时,铝的回收率高达61.91%,硅含量为18.42%时,硅的回收率高达92.51%。影响铝、硅回收率的主要因素为配铁量、熔炼温度和还原剂用量,熔炼温度控制在1800~1900℃为宜。In order to improve environment and utilizing resources rationally, the coal cinder from power plant, bauxite and carbon powder are palletized. The drying palletizing were smelting in medium frequency induction furnace, adding iron ore powder and pig iron. The results show that the higher the aluminium content in the alloy is, the lower the recovery is. When aluminium content is 24.67%, its recovery comes up to 61.91%; while silicon content is 18.42%, its recovery comes up to 92.51%. The main factors affecting recoveries of aluminium and silicon are iron burden, smelting temperature and reductant quantity. The smelting temperature should be controlled at 1800-1900℃.
