摘 要:本文研究了纳米炭粉对碳 /酚醛材料层间性能的改善 ,尤其是在高温和湿热环境下的效应 ,分析了纳米炭粉的增强机理。结果表明 ,纳米炭粉含量为 10 % (质量分数 )时 ,碳 /酚醛材料层间性能最佳。添加纳米炭粉可显著提高碳 /酚醛材料高温层间性能 ,改善耐湿热性。 90 0℃碳化后 ,层间剪切强度为 5 .4MPa ,而不含纳米炭粉时仅为 1.7MPa。interlaminar properties of carbon/phenolic composite modified with nano-carbon black were studied,particularly at high temperature and in hydrothermal environment, and the toughening mechanism of nano-carbon black was analyzed.The results showed that interlaminar properties of the material with 10% nano-carbon black were the best.The interlaminar shear strength was 5.4MPa, when the material was modified with nano-carbon black and after carbonized at 900℃,while it was only 1.7MPa free from nano-carbon black.It was concluded that high temperature interlaminar properties and hydrothermal resistance could be improved by the adding of nano-carbon black.
