摘 要:介绍了电子束法烟气净化技术的特点及该技术在国内外发展现状及趋势。对传统电子束法烟气净化技术及电子束半干法烟气净化技术在反应原理、工艺流程及脱硫脱硝效果进行了比较和分析 ,最后介绍了该技术在中试装置上的实验效果 :脱硫率 95 %、脱硝率 2 0 %、逸氨 <5× 1 0 - 6 ,副产品成分达到国家标准。The features of semidry electron beam technique for flue gas purification and its development status and trend both in home and abroad were introduced.Comparison was made between conventional electron beam technique for flue gas purification and the new one in the aspects of chemical reaction principle,technique process and the effect of SO\-2 and NO\-x removal.The experimental effect of the technique in pilot plant was introduced.The result showed that the reduction of SO\-2 is 95% while that of NO\-x is 20% and ammonia slipping is less than 5×10 -6 ,the composition of the byproducts reaches the national standard.
