摘 要:在生化检测过程中,常需使试样处于恒温环境中,且要求较高的温度准确度和稳定度。针对该应用,用DS18B20作温度传感器,用金属电热膜作加热元件,用单片机M16C/62作控制器,构成一个数字式温度控制系统。试样盛放在试管中,通过金属电热膜对安插试管的金属底座加热来控制试样的温度。在目标温度为43.5℃时,分别用数字PID控制和模糊控制两种方法进行了试验,温度波动均为±0.125℃。这种数字式温度控制系统结构简单,加热元件可根据不同的功率和形状进行定制,特别适合小型智能化生化仪器的恒温控制。In process of a biochemical test, samples are usually located in constant temperature condition. High precision and stabilization of temperature are also desired. For this application, a digital temperature control system is given, which is combined with a thermometer utilizing a DS18B20, a heater utilizing a metallic electrothermal film and a controller utilizing a M16C/62 microcontroller. The samples are placed in the test tubes. The temperature of samples is controlled by heating a metallic pedestal in which the test tubes are placed with the metallic electrothermal film. When the target temperature is set at 43.5℃ , two methods, digital PID control and fuzzy control, are tested. The temperature fluctuations of the two methods are ± 0.125℃ . The digital temperature control system especially suits constant temperature control of miniature intelligent biochemical instruments because its structure is simple and its heater can be customized according to various forms and power.
