摘　　要：在中国"行政区经济"的背景下,省区交界地带经济发展缓慢的原因之一是省区交界地带的"交易成本"过高。本文在对蒙晋陕豫交界地带区城经济合作的现状、模式和存在问题进行分析的基础上,对地方政府在区域经济合作中的作用进行了探讨,并就如何降低省区交界地带的"交易成本"提出了相应对策。Under administrative economy of China, the main reason of the slow development of the economy of interregional zones is the excessive cost of transaction. On the base of analyzing regional economic cooperation status quo, mode and existing problems, the article paid concern on analysis of the effect of local government on regional economic cooperation. Then, the writer puts forward his opinions on lowering the cost of transaction effectively.
