摘 要:宁夏电力调度中心大楼空调设计方案有三大突出特点:(1)利用当地供电部门出台的一系列用电优惠政策,采用电蓄热锅炉提供空调系统的热源,即充分利用“峰”、“谷”时段的电价结构,用“谷”时电蓄热,供“峰”时热.(2)空调水系统采用高低压分区系统,减少了设备的承压能力,从而节省了设备的一次性投资.(3)结合该电力调度中心大楼的楼宇自控系统,实现空调系统的运行和管理自动化.该设计方案经实践证明,既提高了空调系统的运行经济性,节约了能源,又减少了城市的环境污染.This article introduces the air-conditioning plan of Ningxia E le ctric-management Center. The design has three outstanding characteristics: fir stly, it uses the electric-store heating boiler to supply heat source of the a ir-conditioning system, actively responding the series of privileged policies about using electricity which promulgated by the local electricity-supply depa rtment, that is, sufficiently utilizes the structure of the electric price at th e time of ' peak' and ' valley' : storing the electric heat when in consum ing ' peak' and supplying the heat when in ' valley' ; secondly, the air-conditioning system reduces the bearing pressure and saves the investment of the equipment by using the subregional system about high and low pressure; thi rdly, the plan is realized the automatic operation and management of the air-c onditioning system by combining with the self-control system of the center bui lding. The practice has proved the design saves the energy and reduces the envir onmental production of the city.
