摘　　要：我国资本市场正式起步于1990年深沪证交所的建立,经历了十几年的发展,已经取得了很大进展。但资本市场还不完善,制度缺陷阻碍了资本市场功能的发挥,也严重地束缚了其继续发展和壮大,从不同的角度阐述我国资本市场存在的制度性缺陷,认为只有根治这些缺陷,才能使我国资本市场健康发展。The capital market of our country starts in the setting-up of the stock exchanges of Shenzhen and Shanghai in 1990 formally.It went through more than tenyears and has already made very great progress.But the capital market is still not perfect.The system defect hinders the full bpay of the function of the capital market,and seriousity consmains the development of the capital market.In the paper we explain the institntional defect of the capital market from different andgles Only a radical cure for these defecrs could make the capital market of our country develop in a healthy way.
