摘　　要：界定了创业投资的概念,分析了我国现阶段创业投资委托管理治理结构的主要形态及其特点,提出了建立我国创业投资委托管理治理结构应注意的几个问题。This article expatiates the definition of venture capital,then analyzes the main forms of governance structure of client management in venture capital in China.On the basis of these research,some questions worthy of attention in client management in venture capital are brought forward.
