摘　　要：转型期社区功能的强化与拓展,引发了城市基层社区组织管理模式的变革,这种变革必然对居住区规划结构的组织带来影响。应强化规划结构中与社区规模相应的结构层次、重新定位居住组团规模、完善公共设施的配套,重组外部空间的结构层次。The intensification and development of the community function in the transforming period has resulted in change in the mode oorganizational management in urban grass roots community, which consequently has caused an effect on the organization of the planningstructure of residential areas. The paper proposes that it is necessary to intensify the structure level of planning structure relevant to the sizeof the community, redecide on the size of the residential group, perfect the public facilities and reform the structure level of the exterior space
