摘 要:以水为溶剂 ,取代芳磺酸为拆分剂 ,用诱导结晶法 ,经成盐、拆分、水解过程 ,将DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸拆分成 D-对羟基苯甘氨酸。考察了 DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸与取代芳磺酸的质量比对成盐反应的影响、取代芳磺酸的质量分数对诱导结晶温度的影响及养晶时间对拆分收率和纯度的影响 ,优化了其工艺条件。结果表明 :DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸与取代芳磺酸的质量比为 2 5 ,取代芳磺酸的质量分数为 2 7.5 % ,养晶时间控制在 8~ 1 0 min,产品收率最高 ,为 93%。同时 ,采用 IR、13C- NMR及 1H-The resolution of DL p hydroxyphenylglycine into its D and L isomers was studied by using aromatic sulfonic acid as resolving agent and water as solvent. The influences of process conditions such as the ratio of DL p hydroxypherylglycine to aromatic sulfonic acid, concentration of aromatic sulfonic acid and time of crystal formation on results were examined. The obtained optimum conditions were m(DL p hydroxypherylglycine)∶ m (aromatic sulfuric acid)=25∶1,the concentration of aromatic sufonic acid 27.5 %,the time of crystal formation 8~10 min. Under above conditions, the yield of product was 93 %. The product structure was characterized by IR, 13 C NMR and 1H NMR.
