医护“互动式”查房在精神科管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨医护“互动式”查房对提高医疗护理质量 ,减少医疗意外事件发生作用。方法　取我院两个环境设施相同的病区 ,设实验组和对照组 ,实验组采用医护“互动式”查房 ,观察两组护士精神科专业知识水平、两组病人意外事件发生情况等。结果　实验组护士精神科专业知识水平明显提高 ,实验组病人意外事件明显减少 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　医护“互动式”查房可提高护士精神科专业知识水平 ,提高护士对患者病情发展的预见性 ,从而预防和减少意外事件发生。Objective To probe the action of doctors and nurses ward inspecting in raising nursing quality, decreasing medical incidents.Methods We chose two same ward as the experiment group and the control group. The doctor and the nurse ward inspection were practiced in the experiment group.The routine ward inspection were practiced in the control group. The level of specialized knowledge and medical incidents were observed in two groups. Results The level of specialized knowledge of the nurses in the experiment rose, the medical incident decreased P<0.05. Conclusions Doctors and nurses ward inspection can raised the level of special knowledge of the nurse, and prevented and decreased the medical incident .
