摘　　要：目的 探讨刮吸法在脾部分切除术中的应用、手术方法和临床效果。方法 采用彭氏多功能手术解剖器(PMOD)行刮吸法脾部分切除术。结果 32例患者采用刮吸法完成脾部分切除术 ,未发现术后并发症。 结论 刮吸法脾部分切除术止血效果良好 ,方法简便、安全 ,值得推广应用。Objectives To evaluate role of curettage and aspiration technique in the operation of Partial excision of spleen. Methods Partial excision of spleen was performed on32patients with the help of peng's multifunction operation dissector. Result All operations were accomplished successful.No complications was found after operation. Conclusion Curettage and aspiration technique is helpful in the operation.It has the advantages of simple manage,high safety and good effect of congulation.
