非扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨开放性骨折

摘　　要：目的评估非扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗开放性胫骨骨折的疗效。方法应用非扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗开放性胫骨骨折53例。男38例,女15例。年龄20～68岁,平均34.7岁。Gustilo分型:Ι型27例,Ⅱ型19例,ⅢA型5例,ⅢB型2例。结果53例患者中49例得到随访,随访时间最长49月,最短7月。平均18.6月。结果采用Johner-Wruh评分:优35例,良13例,差1例。骨折愈合时间最长37周,最短12周,平均23.6周。所有患者无断钉、骨不连发生。结论非扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗开放性胫骨骨折,是一种具有创伤小、感染率低、骨折愈合率高和能早期活动等优点的新方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of unreamed intramedullary interlocking nail as a treatment of open fractures of the tibi-a.Methods 53cases of open fractures of the tibia treated by the unreamed intramedullary interlocking nail were summarized with38cases of male,15cases of female,aged from20to68yr,mean age34.7yr,According to Gustilo system,these cases were divided into typeΙ27cases,typeⅡ19cases,typeⅢA5cases,typeⅢB2cases.Results49of53cases are followed up from7to49months(average18.6months).E-valuated by the criteria of Johner-Wruh,these cases were showed,excellent of35,good of13,bad of1,no implant failure and non-union.The time of fracture union ranged from12to37weeks(average23.6weeks).Conclusion The application of the unreamed intramedullary inter-locking nail in the treatment of open fractures of the tibia has advantages of less operative trauma,low infection,earlier motion and rapidly healing.[
