摘　　要：总结了37例扁桃体、腺样体切除加鼓室置管三联术患儿的护理体会。认为:术前做好患儿的心理护理,家长的健康教育及术前准备,能保证手术顺利进行;术后密切观察病情,做好局部护理、用声指导、饮食护理、口腔护理及对家长进行出院指导,能确保手术后尽快康复,减少并发症发生,保证手术疗效。In this paper,the authors summed up their experience of nursing37children receiving adenotonillect omy plus tympanic tube.They believed preoperative mental nursing for the childre n,health education for their family and preoperative preparation were a guarante e for the smooth operation;postoperative close observation,local nursing,instruc tions of voice use,dieting nursing,oral nursing and discharge instruction for th eir parents were able to ensure the quick recovery,reduce complications and ensu re the sur-gical therapeutic effects.
