摘　　要：笔者报道小儿非住院手术的麻醉配合与护理,结合小儿的生理特点,提出:重视术前准备及心理护理,术中监测及术后观察,术后护理指导;强调选择合适的麻醉方法及严格掌握苏醒和离院标准,是提高小儿非住院手术安全的关键。In this paper,the authors repor t their experience in anesthesia cooperation and nursing of children in outpatien t operation.Based on the physiological characteristics,they suggest that the saf ety in operation on children lies in preoperative preparation and psychological nursing,monitoring during operation,postoperative observation and nursing instru ctions,proper selection of anesthesia and mastery of standards of awakeness and discharge.
