家庭护理指导对提高乙型肝炎病人遵医行为的研究

摘　　要：目的通过家庭护理指导,改善急性乙型肝炎病人遵医行为。方法对250例住院乙型肝炎病人按出院顺序单双数随机分为两组各125例,单数者归为观察组双数者归为对照组,对观察组病人出院后进行随访和家庭护理指导,对照组不采取任何干预措施,观察病人遵医行为及病情变化。结果两组病人遵医行为分别经字2检验,有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。观察组病人遵医行为明显优于对照组,两组病人肝功能正常率经字2检验,有显著性差异P<0.05。观察组病人肝功能正常率明显高于对照组。结论家庭护理指导能有效提高乙型肝炎病人的遵医行为,有利于肝功能的恢复。Objective To improve the medical compliant behavior of p atients with acute hepatitis B and their life quality.Methods250in-patients with acute hepatitis B were randomly divided into the observational group and the co ntrol group.The patients in the former group were followed up and given family g uidance after discharge and those in the latter were not.The medial compliant be haviors and the disease conditions of the patients in the two groups were compar ed.Res ults Statistical analysis showed the significant differences by 2 test(P<0.01,P<0.05)in medical compliant behaviors,the former significantly h igher than the latter.The normality rate of the liver functions in the observati onal group was significantly higher than that in the control group by 2 test(P<0.05).Conclus ion Family nursing instructions are effective in promot ing the medical compliant behaviors and the recovery of liver function.
