T管延期拔除的相关因素分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的 :分析T管延期拔除的相关因素 ,制定护理对策 ,观察护理效果。方法 :对临床 10 6例T管延期拔除的患者进行相关因素分析且随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组进行针对相关因素的护理干预 ,对照组按传统方法护理。结果 :两组患者自护能力、并发症及满意度比较有明显差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :根据相关因素寻求护理对策 ,对症施护 ,可提高患者自护能力 ,减少并发症 ,促进患者康复 ,提高患者的满意度。Objective:To analyze the relative factors about delayed T drainage tube removement make a special nursing care for the patients and observe the results.Method:106 cases with T drainage tube which delayed to remove were analyzed for the relative factors.106 cases were allocated randomly into two groups.The experimental group received the administration specially for the relative factors,and the control group received routine administration.Result:There are significant differences between the two groups in the ability of self-care,complications and the degree of satisfaction(P<0.05).Con^clusion:Active nursing according to the relative factors can improve patients, ability of self-care and reduce their complications.
