摘　　要：目的 :探讨安氟醚吸入麻醉应用于肩关节脱位整复手术中的可行性 ,并与臂丛阻滞麻醉进行比较。方法 :采用患者自愿选择麻醉及麻醉方式 ,将 2 2 3例急诊肩关节脱位患者分为两组 ,安氟醚吸入麻醉组 (E组 )及臂丛神经阻滞麻醉组 (B组 ) ,观察两种麻醉方法下复位和效果。结果 :E组在麻醉优良率、起效时间、手法整复时间上优于 B组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :安氟醚吸入麻醉用于肩关节脱位手法整复术方法便利简单 ,效果可靠 ,留观时间短 。Objective:To study feasibility of enflurane inhalation anesthesia for shoulder joint dislocation, and compare with block of brachial plexus. Methods:223 patients were divided into two groups, one was enflurane inhalation anesthesia (group E), another block (group B). Results:It was much better in the rate of anesthesia choiceness, the time of appear effect, the period of operation in the group E than that in the group B ( P <0 05). Conclusion:Enflurane inhalation anesthesia used for the shoulder joint reduction is briefness and advantage, shorter for period of observation, feasibility and safety.
