摘　　要：本文通过对商业秘密性质和特性的阐述 ,剖析了我国与保护商业秘密有关的法律规定。从不同层面对商业秘密保护的法律体系进行探讨和分析。并对商业秘密法律保护的发展提出了几点建议。This article discusses the nature and the character of the commercial secret and analyzes the legal regulations on the commercial secret protection in our country. From different aspects, the writers study and analyze the legal system of the commercial secret protection. In the article, the writers also give some advice on the development of the commercial secret protection.
