医院数字化建设的现状与发展思考

摘　　要：南京军区福州总医院以推广应用“军字一号”工程为龙头 ,按照数字化医院要求 ,大力推进医院信息系统建设 ,使卫生资源的利用水平、服务质量、管理水平均得到了提高 ,促进了医院全面建设。本文从战略角度提出数字化医院建设发展方向 :向深层次数据利用发展 ;向临床应用深入发展 ;向因特网应用发展。指出建设数字化医院应立足中国国情 ,应选适合与“军字一号”工程融合的设备与技术 ,开发应用中力求节省高效 ,不盲目追求高标准 ,必须高度重视信息安全问题。By popularizing “No 1 Military Project” as the core and in accordance with the request of digital hospital, Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military area command promoted the building of information system, utilization of health resources, quality of services, level of management vigorously in hospital. The author put forward orientation of the building of digital hospital strategically, such as development of deep data mining, clinic application, internet utilization. Building of digital hospital should based on the situation of our country, we should choose equipments and tech in accordance with “No 1 Military Project”, try to save and be of high efficiency in development and pay attention to the safety of information.
