乌体林斯治疗肺结核前后免疫功能的改变及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　研究乌体林斯治疗肺结核对免疫功能的影响。　方法　检测乌体林斯治疗肺结核前后T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞及免疫球蛋白的变化。　结果　在抗结核药治疗的基础上加用乌体林斯可使肺结核病人CD3与CD4/CD8比例明显的提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,自然杀伤细胞稍有改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清免疫球蛋白水平无明显变化。Objective To observe the effect of immunity in the pulmonary tuberculosis treated by the UTILN'S'. Methods The change in the the T-lymphocyte subsets and NK cell and immunoglobulin of pulmonary tuberculosis was recorded. Results Anti-TB drug united the UTILN'S' improved CD 3 and the rata of CD 4/CD 8 in pulmonary tuberculosis (P<0.01).NKcell amelionated slightly (P<0.05).The level of the serumal immunoglobulin had litte change. Conclusion The UTILN'S' may improve the funtry of cellular immunity in pulmonary tuberculosis.
