清热解毒雾化法治疗眼睑炎症80眼临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察清热解毒中药超声雾化法在治疗眼睑炎症中的临床效果。　方法　治疗组以清热解毒中药通过超声雾化进行薰眼治疗眼睑炎症 80眼 ,对照组用口服抗菌素及眼部用抗菌素眼药水和热敷治疗 40眼 ,观察治疗3d内的疗效进行评价分析。　结果　治疗组总有效率为 95 0 % ,第 1d总有效率为 2 5 0 % ;均明显高于对照组的77 5 %和 7 5 %。　结论　清热解毒雾化法治疗眼睑炎症是一种快速。Objective To observe the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in clearing away heat and detoxification on the inflammatory eyelids by ultrasonic nebulization. Methods All the patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group consisted of 80 inflammatory eyelids and treated with traditional Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and detoxification by ultrasonic nebulization and the control group consisted of 40 inflammatory eyelids treated with oral given antibiotics plus eye drop and hot compress. The results were analyzed three days after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0% obviously higher than that of the control group with an effective rate of 77.5%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is effective for treatment of patients with inflammatory eyelids by ultrasonic nebulization.
