摘  要:目的 为了解海口市居民人房成蚊密度季节消长情况。 方法 在海口市区内设东南西北中 5个方位 ,每个方位选择 4间人房作为监测点 ,定时、定人、定点采用手持电动吸蚊器捕捉成蚊 ,按人工小时计算密度 (只 /人·h)。 结果  1992~ 1999年监测共捕获成蚊 2 5 5 66只 ,隶属 4属 10种 ,其中库蚊属的致倦库蚊 2 45 73只 ,占总成蚊的96 11% ,为海口市的优势蚊种 ,其季节消长有两个高峰期 ,分别在 3月及 10月 ,第一峰值比第二峰值高 ,平均密度分别为 2 5 2只及 17 7只 ,平均密度最低为 8月份 ( 11 5只 )。 结论 密度消长与气温及降雨量有密切关系 ,如能在成蚊密度高峰 ( 3月、10月 )前采取控制措施 。Objective To understand the increase and decrease of adult mosquitoes in the human dwellings of Haikou City Methods Four rooms in the places of Haikou City ( in the east, west, south, north and middle of the city) were chosen as monitoring sites and the adult mosquitoes were captured at fixed time, place by fixed person using electrical torch Mosquito density was calculated ( number per man x hour) Results A total of 25 566 mosquitoes belong to 10 species of 4 genera were caught from 1992 to 1999, including 24 573 Culex fatigans, accounted for 96 11 % of the mosquitoes captured With regard to their seasonal increase and decrease there were two peaks, one in March and another in October with an average density of 25 2 and 17 7 mosquitos While the lowest density was observed in August (11 5 mosquitoes) Conclusion The increase and decrease of mosquito density are closely related to temperature, rainfall and the mosquito density could be reduced if control measures carried out before March and October
