面对突发事件 加强医务人员培训

摘　　要：SARS是一种尚未被人们完全认识且严重危及人民生命健康的传染性疾病。面对这场突发事件,上海市医学会根据卫生部及上海市卫生局有关文件精神,接受上海市卫生局的委托,组织上海市医务人员掌握SARS诊治与防护知识的紧急培训任务。充分发挥群众学术团体的优势,充分利用卫星远程医学教育的优势和教学管理网络系统,在较短的时间内(26天)有效地完成了上海市6万余名医务人员的培训任务。为阻止SARS在上海市的蔓延,保证医疗质量及医务人员的自身防护起到关键性的作用。SARS is an infectious disease that has not been fully understood by people and that seriously threatens the people's health. Facing the sudden incident, according to the documents issued by Ministry of Health and Shanghai Municipal Department of Health and entrusted by Shanghai Municipal Department of Health, Shanghai Medical Association organized urgent training activities towards medical workers in Shanghai to command knowledge on SARS control and protection. The advantage of mass academic body was given a full play, the advantage and education managing network system of satellite distance medical education was fully used, as a result, in a relatively short period (26 days), the training task towards approximately 60,000 medical workers in Shanghai was effectively accomplished, it played a key role in stopping SARS spreading in Shanghai, guaranteeing quality of medical service and self-protection to medical workers.
