摘　　要：从战略反思、战略目标、战略方针、战略规划等方面,就SARS防治所引发的卫生战略问题,提出一些思考。建议采取强化法制,防控疾病;公共财政,经费保证;严明责任,严肃纪律;全民参与,全民共享等战略措施。In terms of strategic thinking, strategic purpose, strategic guideline and strategic plan etc., the article outlines several ideas on health strategy caused by SARS control. It suggests to intensify strategic measures such as to intensify legal system for disease prevention and control; to intensify public finance to guarantee fund; to be highly responsible and disciplined; participation and enjoyment by all people.
